Milford Sound National Park, South Island, New Zealand

01.02.16

Milford Sound is very impressive but unfortunately we didn't have the best weather for it so everything looked a bit grey and misty. Apparently it has more rainfall than the Amazon Rainforest so you have to be really lucky to have a clear day.

Queenstown, South Island, New Zealand

29.01.16

I think this has to be our favourite City in Queenstown. The surrounding landscape is just breathtaking. We did a skydive here and it was amazing The Remarkable's (mountains) made a fantastic backdrop : )

Wanaka, South Island, New Zealand

28.01.16

Lake Wanaka is just beautiful. It's 99.9% clear so perfect for swimming! Whilst here, we visited the organic Rippon vineyard which has outstanding views across the lake.

Franz Josef, South Island, New Zealand

27.01.16

The breathtaking Franz Josef glacier and Mirror Lakes.

Punakaiki AKA Pancake Rocks - South Island, New Zealand

25.01.16

We drove past Saddlers lookout point and then onto Punakaiki. The pancake rocks are curious limestone formations that still remain a mystery as to how they were created......

Abel Tasman National Park, South Island, New Zealand

22.01.16 - 24.01.16

We visited the stunning Abel Tasman National Park and did the coastal walk. Most of the beaches we walked through were completely deserted! We stayed overnight in Whariwharangi Hut and drank a bag of wine under the moonlight on the beach : )

Wellington, North Island, New Zealand

15.01.16 - 19.01.16

Windy Welly was also quite sunny at times. We rode the gondola for cracking City views, visited the Botanical Gardens for tree hugging and enjoyed a ferry ride across to the South Island.

Napier, North Island, New Zealand

12.01.16 - 14.01.16

Views across Napier and beyond during the Bluff Hill walk. Bike about tours included more vineyards and a beautiful lavender garden!

Taupo, North Island, New Zealand

09.01.16 - 12.01.16

Beautiful Taupo. Home to New Zealand's beastly Huka Falls and Lake Taupo, NZ's largest lake.

Waitomo, North Island, New Zealand

07.01.16

Waitomo. Pretty views and glow worm caves.

Waiheke, North Island, New Zealand

02.01.16

The absolutely stunning Waiheke Island! A short ferry ride from Auckland. Mainly delicious wine and stunning views.
